We are operating from Mumbai with two different production facilities in the region. Although we are in the industry for more than four decades but we started manufacturing and supplying construction equipment in the year 2006. In the four decades, we have served the clients with great efficiency and commitment to earn their unconditional trust and support. Also, considering its application in different industries and jobs, the importance of a trained and skilled operator grows immensely. We provide this requisite training to the selected workers of our customers, ensuring that they face no problem with its working and that small troubleshooting can be done by them on site. However, in case a service technician is requested by the clients, we can provide it in short time frame.

Infrastructure

Our company, Spartan Engineering Industries Pvt. Ltd., has built state-of the-art manufacturing facilities at Kalwa at New Mumbai & Atgaon along Mumbai-Nasik highway. These facilities are fully outfitted with sophisticated machinery and equipment to manufacture superlative range of construction machinery. We pay utmost attention to the production process and ensure all the safety features in the products. This helps us to ensure that no untoward incident happens at construction sites.

Today, we manufacture completer Tower Crane in India at the Atgaon factory in near Mumbai. We make use of European Gear Box motor and state-of-the-art electrical control panel with VFDs to saving in power consumption and robust and maintenance free Tower Crane with world class safety features.

At our Production unit, we have installed sound machinery including Amada Punching Machine, GI Sheet for Metal Components, Horizontal Machining Centres (HMC), Fabrication, Fixtures, Full Four Coordinate, Measuring Machine (CMM), Vertical Machining Centres (VMC), Spectrometer, Computer Numerical Control (LATHE-CNC), Ultrasonic Testing Machine (UTM), Vertical Torrent Lathe (VTL- CNC) and Electrical Panel Assembly (Hoist).

All the machines ranging from Passenger Hoist, Material Hoist, Multifunctional Hoist, Passenger and Material Hoist, Multifunctional Lift, Bar Cutting Machine, to others are deigned as per international standards, CE. The machines are designed as per European EN standards and carry CE certification. Customers can choose the special types of construction hoists having computerized systems, if it suits their application needs. We develop the range after micro control and mini control assessment of various factors, which leads to deliver of top class machines to customers.

CSR Activities

As a part of our CSR, we conducted 2 months ITI Electrical Internship for girls at Shahapur College. We have planted numerous trees within the factory and the premises. Also, we have done a charity of donating computers to children in the village nearby our factory.

Ahmedabad Region: Donated Snacks & Groceries for the kitchen at Andh Apang Kalyan Kendra Blind & Handicap School and Hostel, Ahmedabad.
Delhi Region: Donated Blood at Spartan Office for Sangam Charitable Blood Bank, Ghaziabad.
Kolkata Region: Obliged and donated the lunch & money for 80 children on that day.
Chennai Region: Made special Puja & Donation on the behalf of our chairman along with 1 day lunch for 100 people
Pune Region: Contributed whole day food to Niwara Old Age Home in Pune.
Bangalore Region: Provided milk for 2 times in the morning & evening to 30 children at Sharada Education Trust, Bangalore.
Hyderabad Region: 1 Day lunch to 100 children at Thara Foundation, Secundrabad by Spartan Hyderabad Team.
Mumbai Region: Arranged dinner at Vatsalya Aashram, Navi Mumbai for 58 girls, aged between 5 to 20 years and 16 old aged people above 70 years & distributed new dresses for 21 girls aged below 10 years. Awareness of First Aid for Heart Attack, Training of CPR, Operation of AED & Handover 3 sets of Tablet for BOI First Aid Box which was held on 05th Oct, 2019. Awareness of First Aid for Heart Attack, Training of CPR & Operation of AED which was held on 02nd Oct, 2019. Our Chairman Mr. Mahendra Mehta donated the medical devices of Syringe Pumps, 4 No.s to Sion Hospital in Pediatric department & CVTS department used for saving lives of new born Babies. Our Managing Director Dr. Vikram Mehta & Director Ms. Hiral Mehta donated Games and Books to needy children at Abhinav school, Mumbai.
Factory: Contributed towards Chief Minister Relief Fund for the people affected during flood. It was done through Police Commissioner of Atgaon.
